Experience Policy

Welcome to JULS Art & School!

We are delighted to welcome you to our creative studio. Our goal is to provide a relaxed, inspiring and enjoyable experience for every participant. Please take a moment to read our Experience Policy before booking.

1. Booking an Experience

Experiences can be booked online through our booking system up to 6 hours before the scheduled start time.

Each Experience requires a minimum of 1 participant and can accommodate a maximum of 6 participants.

2. Payment

Payment is made upon arrival at the studio before the Experience begins.

We currently accept the payment methods listed on our website.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule your booking free of charge up to 6 hours before the Experience.

If you do not attend your booking without prior notice, rescheduling may be offered at the Studio’s discretion in exceptional circumstances.

If JULS Art & School needs to cancel an Experience due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered an alternative date or another available time.

4. Arrival

Please arrive a few minutes before your scheduled Experience.

Participants arriving up to 10 minutes late may still join the session.

Arrivals 15 minutes or more after the scheduled start time may not be able to participate, as this could disrupt the Experience for other guests.

5. Age Requirements

Our Experiences are designed for participants aged 14 years and older.

Participants under the age of 18 should have permission from a parent or legal guardian to attend the Experience.

6. Health & Safety

Some Experiences involve the use of creative tools and materials, including scissors, pliers, wire cutters, lighters, acrylic paints and other craft supplies.

Participants are expected to use all tools responsibly and follow the instructor’s safety guidance throughout the Experience.

If you have allergies, sensitivities or any medical condition that could affect your participation, please inform us before the Experience begins.

Participants must not attend while under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

7. Respectful Environment

We are committed to providing a welcoming, creative and respectful environment for everyone.

The Studio reserves the right to refuse or end participation without refund if a participant behaves aggressively, disrupts the Experience, damages materials intentionally or behaves in a way that affects the safety or enjoyment of others.

8. Studio Equipment

Participants are expected to use studio tools, materials and equipment with reasonable care.

Any accidental damage will be assessed individually and handled fairly.

However, participants may be held responsible for damage caused by intentional misuse or reckless behaviour.

9. Photography & Video

Photos and short videos may occasionally be taken during Experiences for use on our website and social media.

If you prefer not to appear in photographs or videos, please let us know before the Experience begins.

Children are never photographed or filmed without explicit permission from a parent or legal guardian.

10. Your Handmade Creation
